About Jennifer

# About me

Hi! My name is Jennifer, and I am a French Canadian from Montreal, now living in Sydney, Australia.

French has always been a big part of my identity. Growing up in Montreal, I was surrounded by a multicultural environment where languages and different cultures were part of everyday life. I have always been fascinated by the way languages allow us to connect with people, discover new perspectives, and better understand the world around us.

I speak four languages, which has given me a personal understanding of the challenges and rewards of learning a new language. I know that learning a language is not only about vocabulary and grammar — it is about building confidence, opening doors to new experiences, and creating connections with people from different backgrounds.

For the past several years, I have worked in the hospitality industry, managing restaurants and creating experiences for guests from all over the world. This experience has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt my approach to different personalities and needs.

I decided to teach French because I love sharing my language and culture with others. I want to help people feel comfortable expressing themselves, making mistakes, and enjoying the learning process.

Personalized French Lessons with a Native Speaker from Montreal

Bonjour! My name is Jennifer, and I am a native French speaker from Montreal, Canada, now living in Sydney.

I offer personalized French lessons for children, teenagers, and adults who want to learn French, improve their confidence, or simply practice speaking with a native speaker.

Each lesson lasts approximately one hour and is adapted to your level, goals, and interests. Whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for a trip, studying French, or looking to improve your conversational skills, we will create a learning approach that works for you.

My qualifications and experience:

* French is my first language and I grew up in a French-speaking environment in Montreal.
* I have a professional background in hospitality management, where I worked with people from many different cultures and backgrounds.
* I am passionate about communication, languages, and helping people feel comfortable expressing themselves.

My teaching approach:

My lessons focus on practical French that you can use in real-life situations. Depending on your goals, we can work on:
