About Holly
Hello, my name is Mrs. Haney!
This is my sixth year as a math teacher, and I absolutley LOVE it! Teaching and helping others achieve their goals is a passion of mine! I am also a mother to a wonderful little girl and enjoy spending time with her and my family any chance I get. I love getting to know my students and building relationships with them that allow them to feel comfortable making mistakes in order to learn and reach their goals!

What does a Typical math lesson look like with Mrs. Haney? Well, for the first lesson together we will start with a couple of diagnostic questions to see where you are academically. Then we will take a look at your curriculum and set some goals for our sessions.
After our initial session, our typical lessons will l include a variety of engaging activities that not only help you understand the math concepts, but make them more relatable and enjoyable!
We will also have "check points" that will let us know if we are on track to reaching our goals.
The methods I use will all be coming form the 6 years of education experience I have, along with the information I learned while receiving my Masters in Education.
