Hello, I'm Aimee and I am a newly qualified Meditation Teacher and Practitioner!
I absolutely love meeting new people and sharing the amazing benefits that daily meditation has to offer.
I'm a very gentle and patient person and love to listen to others, which is why I enjoy teaching 1-1 sessions so much!

I am a newly qualified Meditation Teacher and Practitioner who would love to meet some new people who would love to get involved in some sessions as I settle into my new career.
My session are between 30-45 minutes and include breathing techniques for meditation plus the guided meditation itself.
