About Vaishnavi

Hi, I am Vaishnavi. My journey into teaching was not planned. It found me. While volunteering with underprivileged children aged 8 to 13 through UTKARSHA, I discovered something unexpected. Watching a child's eyes light up when a concept finally clicked gave me a sense of purpose I had not felt before. That moment, when fear turned into understanding, changed everything for me.

I hold an M.Sc. in Mathematics and Scientific Computing from NIT Hamirpur with a CGPA of 8.79 and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Fergusson College, Pune with a CGPA of 9.18. But my qualifications are not what set me apart. What does is my belief that math is the only universal language. It transcends borders, cultures and backgrounds. And yet, so many fear it. My goal is to change that.

Every student learns differently. I do not force a single method. I adapt to your style using analogies and real-world connections that make sense to you. I have learned from my students just as much as they have learned from me. Their questions, struggles and breakthroughs constantly shape my teaching.

I am not here to just teach math. I am here to make it fearless, accessible and even fun. Let us learn together.

About the lesson

Does your child see math as a mountain too steep to climb? Math doesn't have to be scary. With an MSc in Mathematics & Computing from NIT Hamirpur, I teach everything from basic arithmetic to algebra, trigonometry, and calculus. My approach is different: I use relatable analogies drawn from everyday life. A fraction becomes a pizza slice. An equation becomes a weighing scale. More importantly, I show why it matters, connecting every concept to real-world applications so learning feels purposeful, not pointless. My goal isn't just better grades; it's genuine confidence and curiosity. Let's turn math into a subject your child actually looks forward to. Grades 10 and below (Indian) / middle to early high school (US) welcome!
