My classes with Anne-Laure have been phenomenal. She’s very personally and outgoing while also still super knowledgeable. I am a linguist by trade so learning French with someone who has a great grasp on French grammar and how to explain it to an English speaker has been phenomenal! I highly recommend anyone taking classes with her. You’ll definitely see an improvement after a few classes and exponentially more after a few months! You’ll never regret the decision to learn and/or improve your French, but you will regret not trying!

I have been taking private lessons with Anne-Laure once a week for the last month and I already feel so much more confident with my French conversation. Anne-Laure uses an excellent methodology that strengthens grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, and writing skills, combined with digital solutions that make lessons easier and more efficient. I already had a foundation in French, especially in speaking, but I needed to improve my grammar, and the classes with the professor have helped me develop and refine this skill.

Anne-Laure is organized with plenty of different sorts of material at the ready and can pivot immediately if we request a focus on something. There are two of us taking this and working around our interests and knowledge is harder than having just one person to tutor! I particularly appreciate the skills-related work on listening. I think that's one of the hardest things to learn and the concentration on that is great.
