About Sina
I'm a Master's student in Psychology in Hamburg. I previously completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology in the Netherlands, taught in English. I'm originally from beautiful Cologne, where I graduated from high school nine years ago. Mental and physical harmony is incredibly important for emotional well-being, something I experience repeatedly throughout my studies. I want to help you bring emotional harmony, peace, and relaxation into your life as well.

I structure my lessons quite flexibly and tailor them to your needs. My role is to guide you through your meditation. Typically, we sit facing each other and experience the space and the passage of time. You then allow any problems that are troubling you to simply flow away. At the end of the session, you will feel a weight lift from your shoulders. After several sessions, it will become increasingly easier for you to simply let your problems be problems and to emotionally distance yourself from them. In this way, peace, clarity, and relaxation will return to your life.

Sina ist sehr sympathisch und zuverlässig und macht tollen Unterricht. Sie ist sehr geduldig und erklärt Sachen auch gerne ein paar Mal mehr. Vor allem im Online-Unterricht kann sie einen echt gut motivieren, sodass man auch wirklich Lust hat mit ihr die Aufgaben zu machen.
