About Justin
About Me
I am an NUS Pharmacy graduate with a strong passion for Science, particularly Chemistry and Biology. Having taught primary and secondary school students as well as adult learners, I've enjoyed seeing students gain confidence when they finally understand concepts they once found difficult.
I want to teach because I believe good teaching is more than simply providing answers. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, relatable ideas and helping students develop the confidence to solve problems independently.
As a tutor, I aim to create a patient, supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning at their own pace. My goal is to make Science more approachable while helping students achieve their academic goals.

My teaching approach
Focus on understanding concepts, not memorisation
Use real-life examples and simple explanations to make difficult topics easier
Identify knowledge gaps and strengthen fundamentals
Practise exam-style questions and develop effective exam techniques
Encourage students to ask questions, think critically and learn independently
️ Lesson duration: Typically 1.5 hours per lesson, adjusted according to the student's age and needs.
About me:
I am an NUS Pharmacy graduate with experience teaching primary and secondary school students, as well as adult learners. My background in Pharmacy provides a strong foundation in Chemistry, Biology and the life sciences.
Suitable for:
Primary (P3–P6) & Secondary (Sec 1–4) students studying Science, Chemistry or Biology. I am also available for O-Level and A-Level Science/Chemistry/Biology.
