About Pon
I'm sure if you are reading this you have already taken a step in to achieve a lot more in Chess. Congrats! Yes I am Pon Perumal {International FIDE(World Chess Federation) Rated Chess Player} especially trained to teach Chess curiously and effectively to small emerging kids to make a milestone or either to make chess as a lifestyle in their life, with an experience of 5 years in Professional Chess Coaching. Yes I have been training lots of kids from my college days, many of them are well trained and shining great at tournaments, obviously at Academic learning too. Since chess is very helpful for brain developments especially for kids! My Achievements as a Player : • International FIDE(World Chess Federation)Rated Chess player • Viluppuram district(INDIA) U-19 Chess champion-2014 • MS University’s(INDIA) chess team championship winner-2016-19 • MS University’s(INDIA)individual chess champion-2017 • Qualified Chess Trainer • Qualified State Chess Arbiter (Referee) My Achievements as a Coach : (Kanchipuram District level Tournament) 12/01/2020: My Students Achievements 1. Little champ Rubesh.A of MMS(Mylapore)-Chennai,India had won his 12th prize by securing 4 points out of 6 rounds in the U-7 age category. 2. Hard champ Sriram.P of MMS(Mylapore)-Chennai,India had won his 9th prize by securing 4.5 points out of 6 rounds in the U-11 age category. 3.Little Champ Amithaesh.M of Prodigy Kids(West Mambalam)-Chennai,India had won his 7th prize by securing 4.5 points out of 6 rounds in the U-9 category. 09/02/2020: My Students Achievements 1.Little champ Rubesh.A of MMS(Mylapore)-Chennai,India had won his 19th prize by securing 4 points out of 7 rounds in the U-7 category. 23/02/2020: My Students Achievements 1.Smart champ Stephen Raj.A of MMS(Mylapore)-Chennai,India had won his 12th prize by securing 4 points out of 6 rounds in the U-10 category.
