About Yiteng
I am a 24-year-old native of China, having completed my primary, middle, and high school education in Taiyuan, Shanxi. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Dalian Jiaotong University and am currently pursuing a dual master’s degree at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Cranfield University. I want to teach Chinese because I’m looking for a way to share Chinese culture while also earning some extra income during my free time.

My Chinese lessons focus on enhancing all aspects of language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The atmosphere in my classes is relaxed and engaging. I believe that the key to learning a language is having the confidence to speak, so I encourage students to practice speaking Chinese as much as possible. In each lesson, I create an immersive Chinese environment and introduce different aspects of Chinese culture, as understanding culture is fundamental to becoming fluent in any language.
Each lesson typically lasts for about an hour and is suitable for learners of all ages who are interested in Chinese. As a native Chinese speaker, I have the necessary qualifications and experience to guide students through structured and effective learning. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your existing Chinese skills, I can tailor the lessons to meet your specific needs and help you achieve your language goals.
