About David
I am a Level 3 qualified PT and registered CIMSPA member who enjoys helping people experience the benefits of fitness and good health.
I practise what I preach through a range of activities, from rugby and kickboxing to Functional Fitness competitions, marathons and triathlons. As my interests, family life and goals have changed over time, I understand what it feels like to start a new discipline and adapt training around real-life commitments.

I will help you establish good habits and build from there. Whether you are completely new to training, a competitive athlete, or simply trying to stay fit and healthy, my mission is to empower you through bespoke training plans that respect your time and goals ensuring a sustainable transformation that you will be proud of. I work with clients at all levels, from outright beginners to those who, themselves, work in the fitness industry and compete in events and competitions regularly.
Training Plans are designed around you, your goals and your schedule. We discuss your starting point and where you want to get to. I plan the workouts and you complete them when it suits you. We keep in touch throughout the programme and we make adjustments to the plan to make sure it suits you and your goals throughout. This is not an off the shelf plan, this is your plan and feedback goes both ways so you are always informing what happens next.
