About Ben
I completed an Ma in Physics at Oxford University (1995-1999) - St Catherine's College
I studied Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, General Studies at A level (4 A's, 1 B)
I have since worked in Thermodynamics and Performance Engineering as an Aerodynamic Specialist. I also completed a MSc in Power and Sustainable Engineering at Lincoln University

I like to work on an example based methodology. I feel that when being bombarded by generic terminology (e.g. f(x), f'(x)) the student can become confused. I like to make things simple by actually putting examples to this generilisation such as f(x) = sin x + 3x and showing how things work
