About Zac
Who am I?
Hi, I am Zac, and I am currently in Year 12 studying English, Maths Methods, Media Studies, Psychology and Legal Studies, having achieved general academic excellence across the board in Year 10 and Year 11. I also have a keen interest in sports, playing tennis and football, as well as watching basketball and soccer.
Why do I want to be a tutor?
Academics is something I am extremely passionate about, and helping younger students along their schooling journey is both rewarding and important to me.

I am honest, determined, and hard-working. I am passionate about encouraging an appreciation for maths and the importance of learning in general among younger people. I am excited about the opportunity to tutor and support students in achieving their goals.

From personal experience in Mathematics, I know the most effective way to grasp concepts is through practice. My tutoring methodology will focus on making sure students have foundational knowledge in what area is being focused on and building up their understanding through collaborative practising of questions
Lessons typically last 1-2 hours to ensure a healthy balance between adequate time to work through problems and maintaining the student's engagement.
My lessons are for students from Prep to Year 10 of varying skill levels, I can help strengthen the maths skills of already high-achieving students who want to extend themselves, or I can help students who may be struggling.
