My main approach is making the student understand the key concepts. I customize tutoring and instructional approaches to meet the needs of the student.
I make my students work on previous test papers and provide constructive feedback. Throughout the coaching period, I sit down with them to help them understand how to approach the task, respond to it, stick to the work limit for writing tasks and manage time effectively. My approach for the writing tasks is focused on coherence and cohesion of sentences and paragraphs. At the same time paying attention to essay length, grammar and vocabulary.
Further, the key to mastering a language is practice and lots of practice, so I provide many practice topics similar to those in IELTS exams.
