Hello :)
I'm a final year Biomed student at Coventry University. I have experience in leading multiple study groups at a university level, providing an engaging and well-structured learning experience for all involved. I have also previously worked with younger students as a teaching assistant at a local school.

For lesson structure, I implement a range of active learning techniques that I find to be most effective when learning. I am also aware that there different types of learners (being a kinesthetic learner myself) and try to adapt my teaching style to what works best with my students.
Techniques I love to implement are:
- Active Recall
- Visualization
- Inquiry-based instruction
When trying to understand new concepts/ideas I find that simply 'telling' the student answers is not enough. I believe that a student MUST engage with their own thoughts, come to their own conclusions, and be able to explain the whys and hows in order to truly learn.
