About Olivia

I am Olivia, an educator and an economist with a MSc in Economics and over three years of government experience as a Budget Analyst. I am currently working as a Reading, Writing teacher at a private institution in Kirkland, Washington. I focus on teaching Math, reading, and writing, helping K5 learners and beyond to build real confidence and problem solving skills. As a patient teacher and devoted mom, I use clear explanations, scaffolding, and positive feedback so every student feels seen, supported and capable of success

About the lesson

I build confidence in my students not just grades. This way they can be problem solvers.
I specialize in writing support as in how to outline and structure their essays so that they are ready for college applications.
I also specialize in reading and Math support that from early literacy and phonics to essay writing and elementary or middle school math.
I use gentle scaffolding that guide students with questions, hints and models so that they can be proud of their own thinking
