About Hewan
Hi! I’m Hewan, an engineering student with a strong interest in mathematics and science. I know firsthand that math can feel overwhelming when a concept isn’t explained in a way that makes sense to you.
I enjoy breaking difficult problems into smaller, understandable steps and focusing on the reasoning behind each step—not just memorizing formulas. My goal is to help students become more confident, independent problem-solvers.
As a student myself, I understand the pressure of exams, homework, and learning challenging material quickly. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students can ask questions without feeling embarrassed or rushed.

My lessons are based on what each student needs help with. We can review class material, work through homework problems, prepare for tests, or go back and strengthen concepts that may be causing confusion.
I teach problems step by step and focus on helping students understand why the math works. I can help with high school math, algebra, functions, trigonometry, precalculus, and basic introductory calculus topics.
Students are encouraged to ask as many questions as they need. My goal is for them to leave the lesson understanding the material better and feeling more confident solving similar problems on their own.
