My teaching method is I provide a background in the subject/topic, teach the content and later on give questions. I discuss the answers to the questions with my learner(s) and if they understand we move on. I compile a question paper at the end of the learning and give the learner(s) to write within a specified time frame, I then mark and see where my learner(s) are doing well and where they are struggling.
