Teaching methods/ lesson plan include:
1.) Determine the level of understanding the student has with the subject.
2.)Find a specific example of what is confusing them or what they don't understand.
3.) Give a real-life example that parallels the subject to aid in clarity and establish a deeper level of understanding (when possible).
4.) Have student work through an example problem on their own with close observation to ensure the correct solution is reached. I would repeat this process until the student can do a few example problems entirely on their own.
