About Amanda
I treat every session like we are preparing for the final set of the night. You walk through the door and we immediately address your unique needs for exam preparation or stage confidence. Beginners and intermediate learners alike benefit from my 391 students taught over 14 years. I offer free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes for all my pupils. We explore the nuance of performance-focused singing to ensure your voice remains healthy. My approach is rhythmic and motivating to help you settle into your own style. You will feel comfortable finding your true voice in our space.

Diction and articulation are the first things you need to master when we work together. My Diploma of Music from JMC Academy serves as the backbone for 14 years of gigging experience. I teach you vocal range extension, vibrato control, and sight singing. We balance harmony singing with performance confidence and rhythm and phrasing. I navigate head and chest voice mechanics while helping you manage stage fear. My background in the Latin music scene taught me how to connect with a crowd. It all comes down to the breath.
