About Shannon

I am more than a homework helper. I am a 40-something mother with a tween and a teenager. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering. I develop a relationship with my student, help them regain their math confidence, and push them to achieve more. I can meet the student at the level they are at and explain concepts in several different ways to meet their learning needs. We need to accomplish the basics of each concept before we can accomplish the excellence-level questions.

If your high school student is seeking additional support, an experienced high school tutor is here to assist. My tutoring service focuses on providing supplementary assistance and lessons aimed at achieving proficiency in math, rather than simply helping with homework.
