About Paris Adrian
I am a black belt in SHOTOKAN Karate Do, and I have experience in different disciplines of martial arts such as, Kung Fu, Box, Judo, etc. My career has placed me among those selected for the Olympics of 2020, I have had 5 teachers throughout my career, I have prizes in national and international competitions. Today learning to defend ourselves is a NECESSITY, especially for the times in which we live, knowing a martial art helps you to have confidence and to know how to face those moments where justice, truth and values predominate. My class are based on the main doubts, main attacks and common situations that an attacker could have. Knowing what to do at the right time can help not only you but also your loved ones. The technique is KARATE DO, which means, THE WAY OF THE EMPTY HAND. We do not fight with weapons but we know how to use them in the extreme case.
