About Robert
A few years ago, I went through a big change in my life. During that time, I was searching for ways to navigate the challenges I was facing. I tried several kinds of therapy, and while they did help, I eventually felt called to explore something more.
About three years ago, I was introduced to sound therapy. That opened the door to breathwork, and then to Reiki. What I discovered is that it wasn’t just one practice that made a difference—it was the combination of all of them working together. That experience sparked a deeper curiosity in me. I wanted to understand why these practices were so powerful and how much they could really help, not just for myself but for others too.
So I began studying, training, and earning certifications—not only to make my work legitimate but to ensure I had the knowledge to guide people on their own healing journeys.
And let me tell you—this path has been the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. These practices have changed my life, and now I have the privilege of seeing them change the lives of others too.
