About Marcos

I have been training/teaching for more than 10 years.
I have worked in US, Portugal, and Australia with several types of clients's goals, such as muscle gain, fat body loss, agility, flexibility, specific sport/technique training, body/core strength and stabilization.
Offer of one free 45 minutes (second session).
Speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and some Italian.

About the lesson

. One hour session includes full body/core strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, and more.
. More than 10 years of experience.
. Certified by NASM (USA), Holmes Place (Portugal), Physical Activity and FITREC (Australia).
. Work with any adult beginner and/or advanced levels.
. Private studio or travel to clients location (up to 20 km).
