About Luísa
I hold a Master's degree in Publishing Studies and have professional experience in the field of publishing and working with the Portuguese language, having been an editor at Porto Editora and coordinator of publishing projects at Livraria Lello. This background has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of Portuguese, with particular attention to the clarity, structure, and functioning of the language. Throughout my experience, I have worked continuously with different types of texts in Portuguese, which has strengthened my skills in linguistic analysis, revision, and written communication. I seek to apply this knowledge to teaching Portuguese as a Foreign Language, supporting students in developing their comprehension and expression in Portuguese in a clear, structured way, adapted to their learning pace and objectives.

I teach Portuguese as a Foreign Language, adapted to the level, objectives, and needs of each student, from beginners to advanced levels. I work on essential skills such as listening and reading comprehension, speaking and writing, grammar, and vocabulary, always with a practical and progressive approach.
My classes are structured and personalized, aiming to create a clear, accessible, and motivating learning environment. Whenever possible, I use everyday examples and authentic materials to facilitate language acquisition and promote confidence in communication.
My goal is to help each student develop autonomy and fluency in Portuguese, consistently and adapted to their learning pace.
