About Samuel

I’m Dr. Samuel Bankole, an environmental microbiologist with a PhD and over a decade of experience across research institutes, NHS diagnostic laboratories, and university teaching. I’ve lectured and mentored students in Nigeria and the UK, and I love breaking down complex science into ideas that actually make sense and stick. Whether it’s GCSE biology, A-level sciences, or university-level microbiology, I focus on building real understanding, not just memorised answers, so students walk away confident and genuinely curious about the subject.

About the lesson

My teaching style is built around clarity, patience, and real-world relevance. With a PhD in Environmental Microbiology and years of hands-on laboratory and academic experience, I bring practical examples into every lesson, helping students see how scientific concepts apply beyond the textbook. I adapt each session to the individual’s pace and learning style, breaking down complex topics into manageable steps and building confidence alongside knowledge. Whether preparing for exams or building a foundation in science, my goal is to make learning engaging, structured, and genuinely rewarding.
