About Madeline
Madeline is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Tennessee in the Department of Nuclear Engineering. She has a PhD in nuclear engineering from North Carolina State University and worked on the development of safeguards methods applied to materials found in the thorium fuel cycle. She received her bachelor's degree in physics from Texas Tech University and began tutoring over 12 years ago as a sophomore in high school. She served as a tutor at the Student Disability Services center at Texas Tech for 2 years and gained experience working with all types of students at all skill levels. She is passionate about providing resources to help students and individuals succeed in school and in life. When she is not engaged in coursework, research, or tutoring, Madeline can be found hanging with her clan of American Bullies and Frenchies!

Sessions occur via Zoom where you can share your problems or we can share a whiteboard and work through problems together. I primarily work with high school and college students to build confidence and skills in math and physics. AP classes are my favorite to tutor! I have a PhD and am also more than happy to help with college apps and test prep.
