About Hosam

I offer professional, structured tutoring focused on building confidence and clear understanding in microbiology and food science. I simplify complex topics and help students apply knowledge effectively in exams and assignments.

I hold a PhD in Food Science and Technology and have university teaching experience as an Adjunct Lecturer, alongside my role as a Senior Research Scientist.
I teach advanced high school, undergraduate, and postgraduate students.

About the lesson

My tutoring approach is student-centred and focused on building a strong understanding of core concepts while linking them to real-world applications in microbiology and food science. I encourage critical thinking and problem-solving through interactive discussion, practical examples, and guided exercises.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, structured yet flexible to suit individual needs, including exam preparation and assignment support.
I hold a PhD in Food Science and Technology and have extensive university-level teaching experience as an Adjunct Lecturer, alongside my role as a Senior Research Scientist. This allows me to integrate both academic and industry perspectives into my teaching.
