About Jiawei

Hi, I'm Jiawei! I'm currently a physics student at UCL - I have achieved As and A*s in Maths, Further maths, Chemistry, Physics and Electronics at Westminster School. I can provide help in any of the 5 subjects above and I am also happy to help you with 6th form entrance exams as I’ve received offers from schools such as City of London Girls and North London Collegiate School.

Born in china, I can deliver lessons in both Chinese and English. Due to the global pandemic and quarantine, my schedule is very flexible. I have a lot of teaching experiences with students from KS3 to A-Level, and I have been volunteering as a teaching assistant throughout my sixth form at various primary schools in the City of Westminster borough.

About the lesson

I believe that no one knows their strength and weakness better than themselves, which is why I’m always dedicated to get to know my students first and learn about the areas of study that they feel less confident in before tailoring every lesson based on those weak spots.

I also believe that clear communication is very important In order to improve on the subjects and achieve better results. I offer my webcam lessons over zoom and the notes and other learning materials will be shared with you over Microsoft OneNote. I will design and tailor an OneNote folder for you, which can also be accessed during the lesson, allowing live interactions. If you have any troubles accessing OneNote, I'm also happy to use other platforms such as Google Drive.
