About Sajidh
I'm a kind of person who loves teaching. I strongly believe that teaching is a noble profession. It is a social work. But I found that there is something lacking in the art of teaching. There needs to be some change. I find students memorizing formula and equations but they don't have the conceptual understanding of what they have studied. They don't realise it's practical applications. In other words, they are not taught that way. Teachers are those who do the noble work of enlightening the students with knowledge and discipline. And I consider that every small thing a teacher does matters like interacting with the students, behaving with the students etc. I faced a lot of difficulties only because of those "so called teachers" who only expect respect but are careless about their duties and responsibilities. I thought that no one after me should suffer like what I had suffered. And I strongly decided that teaching should be my career.
