I’m a Brazilian physiotherapist living in Ireland, with over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates. I graduated in 2016 and specialize in Orthopedic and Sports Physiotherapy.
My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy an active life with confidence.
