About Martina
With 10 years of experience in teaching and professional music, I am a dedicated Piano tutor who believes in learning through encouragement and consistency. I teach piano to school and college students at different skill levels.
A major milestone in my career was learning how to simplify complex piano techniques for students. This helped many learners progress faster and feel more confident. I believe good education should make learning easier, not stressful.
In my lessons, students learn proper technique, rhythm, coordination, and music reading. I also focus on musical expression so students can play naturally and confidently.
I take pride in helping students develop discipline and patience through piano practice. Many students I have taught gained confidence not only in music but also in their studies.
My teaching style is supportive, structured, and student-focused. I encourage regular practice and celebrate progress. Teaching piano allows me to inspire students to grow as musicians and as individuals.

I believe piano learning should be engaging, meaningful, and adaptable to each student’s needs. My teaching focuses on communication to ensure students clearly understand techniques, music theory, and performance skills. I tailor each lesson to the student’s learning style, using visual, auditory, and hands-on approaches, so every student can grasp concepts easily and progress confidently.
I bring theory to life through real-life examples and case studies, such as analysing favourite songs, exploring classical compositions, and demonstrating how music works in movies or everyday situations. This helps students connect lessons to their own experiences and keeps learning exciting.
Alongside piano, I teach sight-reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, music theory, improvisation, and beginner composition, providing a complete musical education. My goal is to nurture both technical ability and creative expression, helping students perform with confidence, develop a lifelong passion for music, and enjoy every step of their learning journey.
