About Tayara

I am a passionate Piano tutor with 9 years of experience in teaching and professional music work. I teach piano to school and college students and enjoy helping learners grow with confidence, discipline, and creativity. Teaching music is something I truly love and value.

Over the years, I have reached important milestones in my career, including guiding beginners to become confident piano players. I have worked with students from different age groups and learning levels, which helped me understand how to adapt my teaching for each learner.

My lessons focus on building strong basics such as correct posture, finger technique, rhythm, and music reading. I also introduce basic music theory so students understand what they play and why it sounds the way it does.

I believe piano education helps students improve focus, patience, and emotional expression. One of my proudest moments is seeing students perform confidently and enjoy sharing music with others.

My teaching style is calm, supportive, and flexible. I guide students step by step and encourage regular practice. My goal is to inspire students to enjoy piano learning and build a lifelong love for music.

About the lesson

I believe piano lessons should be interactive, practical, and inspiring. I focus on clear communication, so students always know what they are learning, why it matters, and how to apply it. I tailor each lesson to the student’s preferred learning style, helping beginners feel confident while keeping advanced students challenged and engaged.

I bring music to life through real-life examples and case studies, such as analysing a favourite song, exploring classical pieces, or demonstrating techniques used by professional pianists.

Alongside piano, I teach sight-reading, music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, improvisation, and composition, ensuring students gain technical mastery, musical understanding, and creative skills.

My teaching encourages discipline, creativity, and confidence, helping students perform with ease, express themselves through music, and develop a lifelong love for piano.
