About Ezra
I hold a B.Mus in Piano Performance and an M.Mus in Music Education, with 7 years of experience teaching students across a wide range of ages and skill levels. My teaching philosophy emphasizes technical development, expressive musicality, and performance preparation while nurturing a lifelong love for music. I design lessons that are engaging, individualized, and balanced between skill-building exercises and creative exploration.
I have guided beginners in foundational techniques, intermediates in expressive interpretation and ensemble skills, and advanced students in performance preparation and complex repertoire mastery. Intermediate learners refine technique, expressive interpretation, rhythm, phrasing, and ensemble playing while exploring more challenging repertoire. Advanced learners work on performance preparation, stylistic versatility, complex repertoire, improvisation, and collaborative skills.
