About Mitka
As a tutor, I can help students emotionally and physically by being very honest about their game. I can teach them the techniques they need in order to become much better players and also help them build confidence in their shots. I have a very unique style of teaching where I use biomechanics techniques to help students with a very solid foundation that will last for a lifetime . I also help with mental and strategies as well as tennis is 60% physical and 40% mental .

Tennis is a great mental sport and can help anyone become very consistent in life as it provides you with the discipline that you need to succeed in any field . Playing tennis also make you live longer as it is a cardio sport .
