About Faizaan
I find tutoring a rewarding experience besides my profession as a Process Engineer. I respect each child and family and acknowledge diversity and individual differences in growth, background, values, and beliefs. I am kind and patient, and I take a lot of pride in helping others to learn and develop skills. I have just started teaching now and am always studying and working to improve myself as a teacher and a professional. I always create sessions suited to my student's interests and abilities, therefore creating a fun and interactive lesson and ensuring that the student will benefit as much as possible from my teaching. I have vast experience teaching both adults and children, and I specialize in homework, tests, exam, and interview preparation, and general knowledge.

I believe that when students are challenged with realistic goals, given support, and taught how to problem-solve, they advance much faster. I make lesson plans relatable, and my philosophy is to find various teaching methods so each child can learn. It's my job to support students through multiple types of challenges, provide emotional support, and help them feel motivated.
A lesson plan would include conceptualizing topics to retain memory power instead of memorizing
