I prefer one on one personal tutoring style. I mainly tutored college and high school students from multiple locations. I am a bit on the casual side in interaction. I prefer to first assess the weakness and then help the student but fixing the foundations that are lacking. I use analogies and step by step thought process.
I like to have a structured and organized way of teaching. This will make the learning process a lot easier. I myself have always been a top student, so I know what it takes to achieve high results. It is always important to understand why learning something is important, which increases one's motivation to study.
