Sometimes students didn't like the teaching style of a teacher in their school. But they couldn't do anything. But here they can choose their own tutor/teacher. I really believe that with my knowledge and experience and methods/skills as I had been a teacher I can help students to get better understanding in mathematics. When I used to be a teacher. I always used to explain math problems with real life examples and used to do two way interactions. And after answering/teaching problems I used to encourage students to come to the blackboard and solve the problem which I had given them (I used to give them hints while they stuck). And this technique boosted their confidence level and thinking level how to approach the problem. And I got to know where to work with the students.
