Hello I am Arpita. I am a scientist by profession, working at Microsoft, yogi by passion.
Practiced, learnt and taught yoga for 6 years. Have experience in hatha and vinyasa yoga.
Pursuing international yoga certification in vinyasa and trauma induced yoga training.

Perfect! Arpita is a great teacher. She understands my fitness goals and tweaks the session accordingly. She is very polite and accommodating and pushes me to trust my body and my ability to perform Asanas no matter how difficult they may be.
