About Noor

I am a pre-med Behavioral Neuroscience student at Northeastern University with a strong academic background in science, including completing Organic Chemistry 2 in Fall 2025 where I received 98.7 on the cumulative final exam. Beyond academics, I have real clinical experience volunteering at Brighton Hospice Center, where I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills working directly with patients and healthcare teams. I am also fluent in French, which may be helpful for bilingual students. I am passionate about making science accessible and less intimidating, I genuinely understand the stress of being a college student tackling difficult coursework, and I bring both the knowledge and the empathy to help you push through it

About the lesson

As a current Neuroscience pre-med student at Northeastern University who recently completed Organic Chemistry 2, I know firsthand how overwhelming the material can feel. My teaching style is relaxed, engaging, and student-centered. I break down complex reactions and mechanisms using fun associations, memory tricks, and everyday language that actually makes sense to my generation.

A typical session starts with a quick overview of the topic, followed by an in-depth breakdown where I explain concepts in a way that genuinely clicks, no textbook robot talk. Finally, we drill practice problems together until you feel confident, not just familiar. I tailor every session to where you are in the course, whether you’re struggling with mechanisms, nomenclature, or exam prep. If you’re a college student drowning in Orgo 2, I got you!
