About Emaan
I am a Junior on the Pre-Medicine track in college with a biology major and minors in chemistry and psychology. My goal is to attend medical school after undergrad and I hope to help students through tutoring as I wish someone had done for me.
I have passed all of my biology, chemistry and psychology courses with mostly A's and a few B's. I am well aware that college is hard through my own experiences so I hope to ease the process for other students.
I have been a member of SGA at my college as well as the president of the MSA and I believe myself to be approachable and kind. I am more than willing to lend a hand to my peers!

I understand that learning from professors can be difficult and many students need another peers perspective or approach to certain topics. I am willing to break down content in easy to understand ways and share the tips that helped me learn the materials. I can also offer practice questions and examples, practice exams and more so that students can practice more than one way to reach a solution and learn why and how we can get to it.
My teaching technique is making students think for themselves. Rather than giving you the answers I will help you ask questions and get there yourself with a few helpful nudges. Learning is all about understanding so I will explain things and thought processes so that you can understand why the materials are the way they are so you can apply them to school work or your life.
I am mainly targeting undergraduate college students but can also help high school students with similar topics in biology or general chemistry.
