About Matteo
I am a passionate and dedicated flute tutor with 19 years of teaching experience, working with students from school to college level and helping them grow in music with confidence. Music has always been a strong source of inspiration in my life, and I enjoy sharing that inspiration with my students.
Over the years, I have helped many learners progress from beginners to confident performers, which has been one of my greatest achievements. I have also guided students in preparing for performances and competitions, helping them overcome stage fear and express themselves freely.
My teaching style is simple, supportive, and adaptable, focusing on strong fundamentals such as breathing techniques, finger coordination, tone clarity, and rhythm understanding. I also encourage creativity and enjoyment in learning.
I take time to understand each student’s needs and tailor my lessons accordingly. My goal is to create a positive and motivating environment where students feel encouraged to learn, practice, and succeed.

I follow a teaching approach based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. My goal is to make flute learning simple, enjoyable, and effective for every student.
I keep my students motivated by encouraging them and tracking their progress regularly. I give them easy exercises and songs that match their level. Communication plays a big role in my classes. I explain each concept clearly, including breath control, finger techniques, and tone production.
With integrity, I ensure that students build a strong foundation. I correct mistakes patiently and guide them step by step. Creativity allows me to make lessons fun by adding different practice methods, musical activities, and simple performances.
In addition to flute, I teach related subjects like basic music theory and rhythm understanding. This helps students gain a complete knowledge of music.
