Previously a school district aide for 14 years, school district IT technician for 3.5 years, and was a private Pre-Calculus tutor for 1 year. Blessed with a Catholic school education (3rd-12th) and obtained AA degree. Passed honors Physics & Chemistry in high school, as well as gaining college credit for Calculus senior year.

Student rapport and knowing one's audience is important to my teaching style. Learning is more conducive when the instructor is able to relay information to the student in terms he/she can relate to and digest. While the Socratic method is nice, time restraints hinders that process.
