About Jane

Hello! My name is Jane Alvarado, aka Jane Mirie and I have a BA in Dance and Certification in Mind Body Therapy. My concentrations are Urban Hip-Hop, freestyle, and modern contemporary dance. I am a passionate Spiritual Life Coach and an empathetic Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. I have background in dancemaking, therapeutic arts, and mindfulness studies.

My 4+ years of Daoism philosophy & Buddhist psychology practices will enhance your wellbeing to guide you through the process of finding a unique artistic voice that expresses resilience, inspiration, and balance.
