About Sheran
Moon Tigers Karate was born out of a simple idea: bringing high quality, accessible and affordable martial arts and self defence education to the entire community. Our unique approach to learning makes Moon Tigers Karate one of the best schools in South London, Surrey and Kent.

Sensei Steve is a 6th Dan black belt in Zen Shin Seicho Do karate with over thirty years’ experience. He has won two world titles, five silver medals and five bronze medals as well as four national titles and is recognised by the CMAA, the EBA, WEBBS, BMABA and IOMAS. He is also fully licenced and insured, Covid-19 safety awareness trained and certificated, DBS clearance checked and first aider certified. Moon Tigers Karate is proud to be accredited with the Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts awarded by Sport England, giving parents added peace of mind when choosing a martial arts club.

Private lessons for individuals and semi-private lessons for small groups are offered by Sensei Steve. Whether you're looking to focus on certain aspects of your training, learn the syllabus more quickly, prepare for an up-coming grading, hone your skills for a tournament or learn self-defence skills, an individual lesson plan can be made to accommodate your specific needs. Students progress at their own pace with opportunities for gradings at regular intervals.
Tuition is also available via ZOOM, should you prefer to train in the privacy of your own home.

Private classes are charged at £60 per hour. Should you wish to join a scheduled group online class, the cost is £5 per hour.
Private classes can be shared by a maximum of 4 students to reduce costs to participants. Adults and children welcome.
