We begin the class with gentle stretching, energizing the body, placing it at the center of vertical and horizontal energy planes; with the help of the ancient breathing techniques that I’ve studied in The City of Gods in India, we go deeper, hypnotizing the Mind with THETA tones and becoming One with All That Is.
I can come to your home or the place of your convenience, zoom is also possible.
