About Larissa
My name is Larissa and I am a Hatha Yoga instructor. I met Yoga in 2016, and I have been practicing (and living) this incredible philosophy of life since 2017. Yoga goes far beyond physical practice. Breathing, meditation, focus / attention and balance are worked on. Come you too and feel the transformation! =)

Within Yoga there are many modalities; strands! In my classes, I teach Hatha Yoga. I am teaching private lessons in person and / or online. Classes at first will not be opening. Later I will open classes on Wednesdays and Fridays in the evening !!!
