About Blanca
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have been teaching for the past decade. I completed my training at the renowned Bihar School of Yoga in Bihar, India.
Throughout my career, I have taught classes both in group settings and individually, always tailoring the practices to meet the unique needs of each individual. I have led sessions at retreats, conducted private classes, and worked with diverse populations, ranging from individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) to teenagers preparing for exams and the elderly.
My experience has taught me that yoga transcends the pursuit of perfect postures or adhering to a specific number of exercises in each class. Rather, it is about attuning to the needs of each person at their particular stage in life and on any given day. I have witnessed firsthand the vast array of needs—from physical injuries to variations in temperament, whether calm or restless.
My approach centers on adapting the practice to foster harmony between the body and mind. Each day may necessitate something different so that you can focus, feel, and address what your body requires in that moment. My aim is to cultivate a space where you can discover balance and well-being, without coercion, always attuned to your body's wisdom.

The most important aspect of my yoga classes is adaptation and personalization. I strive for comfort and enjoyment because when practiced from this perspective, the body responds and progresses more effectively, alongside the mind. I refrain from pushing postures or engaging in meditations or breathing exercises that lead to discomfort. I achieve this through my years of experience and by understanding your needs at all times.
I integrate movement, focusing on strength and flexibility, with meditation and breathing exercises, always emphasizing awareness. I will gently and empathetically guide you through each step. Each class concludes with yoga nidra, a profoundly powerful meditation practiced lying down, aiming to reach a state between sleep and wakefulness. Thus, the class encompasses both body and mind.
