About Lucas
I spent the better parts of my life performing and now I've found a new passion for training the next generation of artists! I performed in musicals, plays, and dance recitals for years growing up.Taking dance class from my local studio, and singing and acting classes from our local teen theatre conservatory. After high school I moved to NYC and received a certificate of performance at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy and have since traveled the country performing in regional productions of Cabaret (BWW Award Boston Nom.), Meet Me in St Louis, Mary Poppins, and more! Teaching and choreography credits include Show choir, recitals, and fully produced musicals such as Beauty and the Beast, Ghost, and The Sound of Music.

Dance can be intimidating, trust me I get it, but I take pride in my ability to meet students where they are at, at any level of interest or experience. It's proven that we learn better when we are free of fear! In our time together we will assess basic fundamental skills and create a judgement free environment so you can access technique and skills you didn't have before. I have experience teaching ages 6(y/o) to 21(y/o) and each lesson is catered to the needs of the student regardless of age or ability. Specialties include all levels of Jazz, beginner to intermediate ballet, and beginner to intermediate tap!
