About Lauren
I have spent my life training & working as a professional dancer in Sydney & the United States. Growing up I studied with the renowned Tanya Pearson Academy & was an honours student. This led me to join the Sydney City Ballet as a young performer. After touring Europe with Tanya Pearson Academy I returned home to pursue Musical Theatre & earned my Certificate IV in Music Theatre. I performed in numerous amateur, pro-am & professional productions throughout my career & eventually decided to venture to Los Angeles as a performer. It was there that I became the only Australian at the time to earn a place as a performer at The Walt Disney Company in The Disneyland Resort, California. A real childhood dream come true.
With my experience as a professional dancer, & having taught dance & barre over the years, I decided I wanted to create a safe space where dancers and non dancers could try new things & express themselves in a positive way. All while gaining a strong & healthy mind & body.

At Lauren Hollingworth Studios I focus on engaging every muscle & ligament in your body. Incorporating a dancers approach to exercise, stimulating your workout mentally as well as physically. Developing a lean & toned physique by focusing on correct placement & technique, strength & balance, flexibility & control & form. Whether you’re a ballerina in training or you’ve never danced a day in your life, each class offers something beneficial for everyone. All levels are welcome & encouraged here. Each class provides modifications & advancements for you to adapt to each exercise so that you are working towards your own challenge zone & what feels best for you. Feel fit, feel healthy, feel good!
