About Ryan
I've been a musician my whole life. I grew up singing in a community boys chorus, started playing guitar as a teenager, and started writing songs shortly after that. I have been playing guitar for 20 years and I've been playing music professionally for nearly 15 years. I love music and performing, and my hope is to share that passion with my students!

I can help you learn how to play guitar and write music! I like to understand what your goals are for music first, whether you're looking to play casually, or are pursuing a professional career, I can help you along your journey. We will discuss these goals, then I will design a plan to help you achieve them. Each lesson will involve review, exercises, feedback, and instruction on our current topic of practice. I will give you things to practice in between sessions, and I will show you how you're making progress when you do, so you can see how far you've come!
